Monarch Official Transcript Request: Step-by-Step

In Naviance, be sure you have entered colleges into the “Colleges I’m Applying To” page

Notice the “submissions” column to the right of the college name. The icons indicate how your transcript needs to be submitted.

Click on "unknown" - change it to indicate
YES or NO |

Step 4
|
Pick up a “Transcript Request Form” in the Post Grad Center (or print from our website).

Step 5

Go to the Treasurer & pay $2 for each transcript. You can also pay online through RevTrak - look for the TRANSCRIPT widget

Step 6 |
Take your stamped form to the Registrar. She’ll process your request within one week.

Important details to note - Plan accordingly!
For all paper transcripts – you must pick them up from the Registrar and MAIL THE TRANSCRIPTS YOURSELF
For all eDoc transcripts – check in with your counselor to confirm your request was processed
For all Common Application transcripts – you must complete the “Important Privacy Notice for Common Application - FERPA button” - check “Yes, I waive my rights to access…” In order to fill out the privacy box, you FIRST need to add a school to your account. Match your Common App account with your Naviance account.
Note: Common App requires that all pieces of the application be sent together – transcript, teacher recommendation, and the Secondary School Report (counselor form that includes the counselor letter of recommendation). Therefore, your transcript will be sent only when your teacher(s) and counselor have completed their letters of recommendation. For details see “Monarch Letters of Recommendation Process Step By Step.”
